I'm ruminating on options. So now I'm wondering if anyone is interested in joining me in an open pattern "fantasy SAL?"-- dragons, castles, spaceships, oh my.
It's needlepoint day tomorrow. Wish me luck! I'm not overly hopeful fro progress since already a half dozen people have said they'll be dropping by the shop for thread choosing/stitching help.

If you can wait until after July 10th. I'm going to start Bothy's Cut-Thru Rocket then.
I'd love to, but I know that in all honesty I'd never be able to keep up. I am the worst SAL partner on the planet. :(
Why not .... I'm game. I have a couple of small "dragon" projects in my to-do pile. I need something else to mix in with other WIPs.
Hey Ruth! You surprised the heck out of me! Thank you so much for the wonderful parcel!!! :D :D :D
Hi Ruth,
I'd love to but I'm a "little" backed up with projects right now. When I add to my rotation a fantasy project, I'll be sure to let you know. Would Halloween count?
By the way, have you seen Dorothy Lesher's "The Moon Dragon" which is going to be taught this January, 2009 at Calloway Gardens in Georgia? Check it at here;

And by the way, I'm not responsible for any enabling! :-)

I'd love to join in. I have a half done wizard that needs a motivational boost.
I'd love a fantasy SAL! I've got two dragons in my rotation at the moment, and my new start on the weeked - Autumn Dragon - is already turning into a real bugger to stitch.
Have fun with your needlepoint, I hope you didn't have too many distractions.
